Who are Smartsek?
Smartsek will be your meeting place and focal point during your studies! The section's most important task is to monitor the students' interests, for example regarding the quality of the educations. We also make sure you are informed about what is happening at the university and help you if you have any concerns.
The section also has a large study social commitment and one of SmartSek's important functions is to create community. We arrange sit-ins, game nights, outdoor days, lectures, movie nights, karaoke nights and lots of other fun! SmartSek is also involved in the Introductory period and takes extra care of you who are reading a program that is part of the section.
How do I join Smartsek?
As a member of the Student Union, you can choose how active you want to be in Smartsek. You can be very active, a little moderate or perhaps only participate in an occasional event. Regardless, we hope you enjoy yourself at Mittuniversitetet, in the Student Union and in Smartsek!
