Our mission

Soasek's mission is to jointly monitor and participate in the development of the sociology program by, among other things, represent the students' interests in decision-making councils with teachers and other officials at the university. For example, we work with questions about the internship, exams, course evaluations and are a link between the students and Mittuniversitetet. We also work with student social issues where we organize fun events and sit-ins.

If you have a suggestion for improvement regarding the training or a fun idea, perhaps a session you want to implement, please get in touch, our work is not possible without you. Do you want to contribute to community and a good education? Then SoaSek is for you!

Who are Soasek?

We in Soasek's board are a group of sociology students who are all members of the student union. We meet every two weeks for interesting discussions, fun ideas, lots of laughter and coffee. You are most welcome to attend a meeting to find out more or just listen.
